I was talking the other day to Iulia Mardare, a young make-up artist, about her identity as a brand and how she can improve her current status. My first suggestion was that she should establish what are the prime features that her favourite style of make-up has. The most logical outcome was a photo shoot with 2 models very carefully picked.
